No, the Sun Ray 1 is supported. There'll be plenty of notice (at least one product release in advance) if support for existing hardware ever needs to be withdrawn.
That page is misleading, it just lists the Sun Ray models that are in the current price list. I'll see if I can get it updated. That might take a while, you wouldn't believe how painful it is to get things changed on the external website. The Release Notes link is still broken almost 24 hours after it was first reported.
