I have 20 new SunRay170 units (less than two months old).
Taking an inventory just now, I discovered that the front button panels
(source/auto/menu/etc) on three of them have become detached internally
so that the left side buttons can no longer be pushed by hand.
One of the three broken units sits on my desk and is hardly ever used
making me fairly confident that the failure is not due to user abuse.
I'll be opening a call to Sun tomorrow morning. In the meantime,
has anyone else experienced this failure mode, or this batch unusual?
