check to see if your SRSS3.0 installation added the
following entries in the /etc/services file.  if not,
then you need to add them.

utsessiond 7007/tcp
utrcmd 7008/tcp
utauthd 7009/tcp
utauthd-cb 7010/tcp
utauth-gm 7009/udp
utdevmgrd 7011/tcp
utdsd 7012/tcp
utscreventd 7013/tcp
utquery 7013/udp

Now restart all services by stopping and starting
/etc/utsvc.
