What version of the sunray software are you running?

I have heard the Sun Ray at Home referred to as a Wan Ray. The way I
understood it, was the Wan Ray would be a Sun Ray with the Cisco VPN
hardware built into the system. The reason I ask is, I have a requirement
to have small pockets of Sun Ray's available on the installation on a new
classified network. In the past, I have just extended the VLAN's for several
hundred DTU's and this has worked great. The problem now is I have to go
through KG-175 Taclane crypto units for the classified network, and VLAN's
will not route through Taclanes. I have considered using Cisco VPN hardware,
but have not had time to engineer and research what hardware. My temporary
solution has been to put V210's in each location. However, in some buildings
the requirement is only a single DTU, and its not cost effective to install
a server. My management wants me to put in Wyse S50 thin clients that can
connect to both windows terminal services and Sun X-window sessions. I have
tested this, and it works well, but I really don't want the Wyse terminals
on my networks, but it's hard to argue a Wyse cost of $500.00 compared the
Sun Ray and Cisco VPN hardware cost. The bottom line is, if I have a Wan Ray
self contained I could make the Wyse go away. Plan B would be to give the
Sun Ray an IP and somehow tell it how to find a route to the mother ship
(SRSS Server).

I could really use help on how to make the Sun Rays work in this new
environment. My network performance with Taclanes is not bad, they run at
100Mbit with about 25% overhead. The latency from building to building is
less than 6ms. So for 1 or two Sun Rays should not be an issue.
