We are having issue with Sun Ray 1g to connect with ACER LCD Model AL1511. According to the manual SUN Ray 1g is compatible with any standard VGA monitor but for some reason half of the systems when connecting with ACER LCD Model 1511 a message appears on screen "Input Not Supported".
Will be delighted to have a solution.
Make sure to use a VGA cable with DDC wiring. If the Sun Ray is not able to detect the max resolution of the display it will fall back to standard vga (640x480) that is no longer supprted by newer screen. You can force the Sun Ray to use a specific resolution, but the best approach is to let the Sun RTAy detect the possible solutions with DDC.
