Dave, Your email inspired my work colleague to get out his soldering iron and take apart our broken SunRay 1G. It is now back in operation. Apparently it is the best fun he has had at work in a long time. We bought a batch of units from Sun that were ex-demo and all of them became faulty. All were replaced under warranty except the single unit above.
