Did you install the bundled T-patch?
This patch delivers the library in question
(/opt/SUNWut/lib/libutadmin.so.1).

When I do a "locate libutadmin", nothing for the library comes back.
I looked for the same library on the other failover server and it was
not there either. I'm going to roll back to the previous version that
I had before, but wanted to see if anyone else was having this same
issue as well.
