In summary the following changes were made in /etc/opt/SUNWut/auth.props on
both servers.
#enableLoadBalancing = true
enableLoadBalancing = false
#selectAtLogin=false
selectAtLogin=true
I got a chooser for the servers on a new login immediately after the
changes were made. (I did not use "utadm -f").
