Hi guys,
Attached are the result of the action (utwho -c, utpolicy,  and utgstatus). I will send you uthwo -ac later on. And for uptime, can you help me the command line for this?
One more thing, We've tried to solve by closing all the session using Sun Ray Web Admin, We've inform to user to pull out smartcard, and then try to login back by re-inserting the card and login back and the result is still the same. below is the result.
We've plan to restart both servers at the same time as said in the document :
