I guess you are right about Desktop manager
I found a file called:
/solaris10-sparc/client/SUNWardsa/reloc/opt/SUNWapleg/lib/libCamAppsPlugin.so.1
But Cam means probably something else here.

As far as I understand it and can read in the docs, the Desktop
Manager can only affect it's agents (gconf, mozilla, Star office,
etc.) Which only affect an interactive login to the SRSS server (or
other Desktop Manager supported system)
