Yes,
I already check it out, and my swap partition isnt there.
I try to fix this by :
Create swap partition using format
uninstall SRSS 3.1
reinstall SRSS 3.1
did utadm and utconfig
and still have the same problem.

I've planned to scracth it and reinstall all over again and pray it will solve the problem :)
