Maybe. Text selection should stay within a text flow, so if you
have two columns of text the selection should stay in the first
column until you hit the bottom and then wrap to the 2nd
column (so you could paste it into a text editor, for instance,
and the text would stay in order), and it should allow you to
select across page boundaries.
Do you have a PDF with forms? I'd be happy to try and see if kpdf can
handle that.
