I am currently working on a proof of concept to move our current Sun Ray system (v1) to a RHEL based system using SRSS 3.1. When using the default installation of RHEL 3 AS I can get SRSS up and running no problem. However, the idea of running RHEL with the kitchen sink installed isn't exactly comfortable. Has anyone done any work on picking out only the packages required to install SRSS? When start removing pacakges I quickly run into an error silimar to this: http://www.redhat.com/archives/rhl-list/2005-August/msg01261.html I've looked around most the Sun Ray sites I could find and I couldn't find any information about what exactly is required to install SRSS.

Thanks!
Brian
