time might be to short.
I think you don't want the users uttsc killed every two weeks during
working hours just because the user hits the 1 hour cpu time limit.
Actually you never want it to get killed during working hours ;-).
This is per process and I wouldn't expect uttsc to grow to that much
CPU time.
I think this depends on how long the uttsc session runs. Eventually it
will run out of CPU time.
