Also, I use
SUNRAY=`/opt/SUNWut/sbin/utdesktop -Lc | /usr/bin/grep
${SUN_SUNRAY_TOKEN} | /usr/bin/cut -f 1 -d " "`
to get the Sun Ray MAC address.

Or from a shell you can work out the MAC address by examining the $UTDEVROOT environment variable. I don't know if this will continue to work in future versions though.
