We add the external network range:
route add -net 10.0.0.0 netmask 255.0.0.0 gateway 192.168.128.254

The the 10.0.0.0 router is setup to listen the Sun Ray requests and issues the
IP number and builds a packet that has the desired MTU size in it. I need to
get with my router guy (he is on vacation) to remember how we do this and get
the syntax. It has been working so well we don't touch it. We have to put a
Cisco 830 series router at the remote end with a generic config we can copy
into every 830 that leaves the building.
