This is probably caused by a bug in the Sun Ray's glyph cache
management logic.  I don't know of any existing bug reports in
this area so please have your support partner open a new bug.

As a workaround you could disable the glyph cache feature by
doing:

   touch /etc/opt/SUNWut/ut_disable_glyphcache

This will affect only Sun Ray X servers that are started after that
file exists.  It will not affect X servers that are already running.
This means that your users will have to log out and then log back
in in order to use the workaround.
