Hi,
did anybody successfully install the lastest SRSS 3.1 (included in SRS
4) on Ubuntu 6.06 LTS using the documentation for Ubuntu 5.10
(https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuOnSunRay)?
I am curious but do not have the time for a test installation at the
moment ...
I upgraded from 5.10 to 6.06 using Synaptic and the SunRay software
still works. Only issues are audio which I believe is a recompile of the
kernel modules.
With that in mind I assume that SRSS 3.1 should work fine on 6.06.
We installed SRSS 3.1 on a computer with Ubuntu 6.06 (no upgrade from
5.10) and have problems with applications like xemacs, emacs, and gv.
Under Xfce, these applications break with an error message "Undefined
color: "black"".
Any ideas what could cause this problem?

Guido
