Hello SunRay Users,
I'm having a problem with my SunRays, I have 22 SunRays and about 5 USB
printers directed attached on SunRays. The problem is that sometimes (3
times a week) all USB interfaces are stopped, if I connect any USB
device, it isn't recognized by SunRay, if I disconnect any USB device,
it remain recognized, if I send a printer job, the job is queued. LP
logs shows that USB device is disconnected.
The temporary solution was do a cold restart, a warm restart doesn't
solve the problem. What happening? Any idea?
