No, USB device redirection is not supported by the Microsoft RDP.
But apparently various forms of it are in Longhorn/Vista's RDP 6.0
Yes, RDP 6.0 has support for new device framework. Sun Ray Connector
doesn't support RDP 6.0 yet.
