What does the output of '/opt/SUNWut/sbin/utpolicy' show? What does
the output of '/opt/SUNWut/sbin/utreader' show? What is the ID of the
Sun Ray you're seeing this behaviour on?
What release of Sun Ray is this, on what operating system?
