Additionally, Client sound is turned off by default on windows Terminal Services.

Open the Terminal Services Configuration and then right click on RDP-tcp and select properties.

Choose the Client Settings Tab and Un-Check the Audio mapping tick box.

Any new sessions will have the ability to do audio.

Hi,
I am new to the Sunray environment. I needed to know if I have published Windows media player on a Windows machine on Sunray does Sunray convery the audio output by default or some settings have to be changed?

That's based on what tool you are using to publish your Windows media player on a Windows machine to Sunray.

If you use Sun Ray connector there is no settings required and by default Sun Ray audio
device available for Windows applications.

In case of rdesktop, I think u need to use rdesktop -r sound:local

Thanks
