This is supposed to have been fixed in SRSS 3.1 and the fix was delivered to 3.0 in its patch version -05. If you're running a version of SRSS older than that then you should be planning to upgrade very soon. (And if you're running SRSS on an old Solaris release you should be planning to upgrade that too. Solaris 8, for instance, is getting close to its last-sale date. Even if you're running S9 you should be planning to move to S10, it's been out for almost two years now.)
