Hi Craig,

Thanks for your reply and let me answer to your questions.

1. Let's start with the obvious, what's changed. What does the OSD show while disconnecting? Ans: Nothing has been changed in Sun Ray servers. For these three users OSD basically shows disconnect & connect icon and users needs to re-enter password to connect to Windows. Only for one user, the OSD shows disconnect and connect icon every 2 seconds. After i cold restarted sun ray services, OSD shows disconnect & connect every 30 or 60 seconds( Intermittent ).

2. Second, why are you logging into login just to allow users to login to Windows. You should be using CAM. Ans: Basically, customer wants security. They will enter username and password in dtlogin and the Citrix( i set in users .profile ) program will automatically connects to Windows which again, they have to enter username and password. The important thing here is, when users remove smart card and re-insert back, the dtsession( lock ) will asked for the password to resume the Windows session.
How and what are the settings if i were using the CAM mode ?

3. Third, You are far behind on patches and Sun Ray Versions. You should get current. Ans: I had serach the sunsolve and my currently installed srss 3.0 patch is the latest for Solaris 9 OS. Also, currently, the customer haven't think about upgrading srss to 3.1 yet.

Thanks in advance.
