I forgot to ask if this is solaris or linux... I'll assume solaris...

/etc/dhcp.intfname files indicate to solaris to start DHCP services for
a particular interface... You don't really want this...

/etc/nodename
and
/etc/hostname.intfname

need to contain the single line

ts2

/etc/hosts should look like this


127.0.0.1   localhost  loghost
192.168.102.235   ts

/etc/defaultdomain should contain

sscorp.com



If linux you will need to make sure that you son't have the same name
twice in your hosts file...

127.0.0.1           localhost.localdomain    localhost
192.168.102.235     ts2.sscorp.com ts2
