Yeah, i understanding all of this, but i steel need allowing to 'lp' group writing this devices. Looks like srss dont use minor_perm for setting bits on devices.. I change utparallel section, restart server and no effect.. :(

The ownership of the actual device belongs to the owner who is logged into that DTU. If no one is logged in, the device belongs to root.

However, if you set up a solaris print queue, anyone can print to the printer regardless of who owns the device. Unless of course you change the permissions on the print queue.
