Has anyone on list any experience of getting a remote DTU printing via a VPN and an Ubuntu Edgy server?
Ive succesfully got a Sun Ray 1 connecting via a VPN and DSL to a Edgy VM on a test server, with sound, and USB mass storage all working quite well. When I plug the printer in, a device is created, but I cant seem to configure cups. Having said that the add printer wizard doesnt seem to find a locally USB attached printer either, even when the logs show it being recognised by the kernel. Was just wondering if anyone knew of some magic to get the USB subsystem of cups working correctly.
