I think the java in /etc/opt/SUNWut/jre is used only by SRSS itself. You can have another java for all other applications. And I think they know best which version is optimal for them. So I didn't bother with this and installed the version that comes with SRSS (java 1.4.2) in /etc/opt/SUNWut/jre, as suggested in the Debian-SRSS guide. > I'd like to try it on Nexenta, but just haven't had the time.
