Hi Craig, Brad, All,
Let me conclude this way :
- For Windows Env only, use Windows Terminal server Shadowing capabilities. So
administrator will check it via Windows Terminal Server. any specific
requirement for this?
- For Sun Ray only, use VNC. e.g. X11VNC. Looking forward the cookbook for
this. I think this also works if they have heterogenous env, e.g.Windows and
Solaris/Linux or even SGD on it right?

Thanks a lot guys, will try it first on POC before sell it. It is future
customer with 450 sunray.

I think 2 x T2000 full config (8 core, 32 GB mem) for hosting Sun Ray CAM with
windows connector will be OK.

Warmest Regards,
Fitra
