It's OK, the firmeware is upgraded after clearing out all entries related to
the network address already configured.

Before to post a summary what about if we don't have the hand on the DHCP
server.
For example : if we have an external (from the Sun Ray infrastructure) DHCP
serve like a Windows Server.
Thank you,

So you still have Sun Ray macros
defined in DHCP server. Who know how it got this way, but we need to
clear it
out....
dhtadm -R
pntadm -D 172.24.79.242
Then please
repost the output of dhtadm -P and pndadm -P. We want do see no
client
reservations or macros or symbols.
Once those are cleared out, then you
can re-run your utadm -A command
Then you can add the IP reservation
with the correct macro.

Upgrading DTU Firmware
Your macro is definitely messed up...
It doesn't look like your "SunRay"
Macro hands out FWSrvr..
The output from utadm is broken as well.
run a /opt/SUNWut/sbin/utadm -r this
will clean up what it can, then
After that, let's look at the output of
"dhtadm -P" and "pntadm -P"
If there is anything left we'll need to
manually clean it out.
If the DHCP tables are empty then
re-run your utadm -A 172.24.79.0 again.
