Currently, there is no method of controlling the use of CAM for
individual tokens within a singe FOG.

Your best bet here is to use two FOG's (or 2 individual servers), one
configured for CAM and the other for Interactive sessions.

Use AMGH to direct and re-direct DTU's to their proper home.
