Hello,

I am trying to understand a problem that I keep encountering with hung
sessions on SunRay servers. We have 2 SunRay servers that are not configured
in a FOG. They are balanced via round robin DNS. Every day I have 3 or 4 DTU
in a 26B state (I know that indicates the DTU is waiting graphics traffic)
and have to utdtsession -t pseudo.<mac address> to kill hung sessions. I
have to do this on both servers and then <crtl>+<moon> the DTU to bring it
back. Which fixes the issue and a session starts up on the DTU.

The servers are on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, SunRay 3.1.1, DTU are a
mixture of SunRay 150 and 170s with the latest firmware. DHCP services are
not on the SunRay servers and the DTUs reside in 4 different VLANs across
campus with the servers in a 5th.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Luke Michelson
