You're right... that option, says redirect DTUs to other FOG members,
but if none are available, which in your case, there are none, it allows
creation of a session.

Did you read Bender's reply? Can we ahve the output of utquery -d on one
of the DTUs that connected to your test server.

OR

the output of utadm -l
