I still have the problem, that my sunray refuses to work with my
ubuntu (edgy) based Sunray 3.1.1 based Server as soon as I setup
encryption with utcrypto ...

I have tried replaceing (LD_LIBRARY_PATH) the ubuntu-edgy libraries
with their debian-sarge counterparts, this works, but it has no
effect on encrypted connections.

I have enabled DEBUG output from utauthd and I find that if I
enable encryption the process connect-log looks as follows

Mar 31 22:16:01 allmend utauthd: Worker7 DEBUG: Mutex.assertOwner.. locker =
Thread[Worker7,5,main], current = Thread[Worker7,5,main]
Mar 31 22:16:01 allmend utauthd: Worker7 DEBUG: Mutex.assertOwner.. locker =
Thread[Worker7,5,main], current = Thread[Worker7,5,main]
Mar 31 22:16:01 allmend utauthd: Worker7 DEBUG: Queue: adding job : [EMAIL
PROTECTED],done = false
Mar 31 22:16:01 allmend utauthd: AdminJobQ DEBUG: Queue: returning sync job :
[EMAIL PROTECTED],done = false
Mar 31 22:16:01 allmend utauthd: Worker7 DEBUG: CryptoConfigData::
tokenId=MicroPayflex.5004302c00130100
Mar 31 22:16:01 allmend utauthd: Worker7 DEBUG: CryptoConfigData::enc_down_type
= none
Mar 31 22:16:01 allmend utauthd: Worker7 DEBUG: CryptoConfigData::enc_up_type =
ARCFOUR
Mar 31 22:16:01 allmend utauthd: Worker7 DEBUG:
CryptoConfigData::auth_down_type = simple
Mar 31 22:16:01 allmend utauthd: Worker7 DEBUG: CryptoConfigData::auth_up_type
= none
Mar 31 22:16:02 allmend utauthd: Worker7 DEBUG: CryptoConfigData::mode = soft

and here is just stops ... if crypto is disabled, then the process
continues beyond this point ...

Is there any information available on what should happen here?

How does the encryption get established ? Do any files get locked ? Databases
written ?

cheers
tobi
