Thanks, this won't interfere with session mobility I'm assuming. Customer 
doesn't want to provide a complete CAM mode Windows session to their users 
because of their concern about Windows/viruses, etc. So they are launching 
Windows applications individually using the uttsc command. Any best practices 
information would be helpful.

You can tell Terminal Services to close all disconnected sessions using
the Terminal Service Configuration snap-in.
