Neither SRSS nor the Sun Ray unit itself knows anything about Sun serial numbers. In response to Nathan's followup, neither the Sun Ray unit nor SRSS knows anything about Sun part numbers either. The closest they get is that the Sun Ray unit will report its model ID (P1, P2, ...) to SRSS but that's not equivalent to a part number.
