Finnaly, I find the solution : To disable Ipv6 on my ubuntu ...
Great but ideally utrcmd should work when Ipv6 enabled
and IIRC it used to work on a supported Solaris system
with IPv6 enabled.
Thanks

Ok, I checked that and in fact, the utrcmd service is not enable (telnet
localhost 7008 failed)
In my syslog file, I have : May 28 10:22:59 SERVEUR in.utrcmdd[6782]: malformed
from address
What's malformed from address means ?

Please check that the utrcmd service is enabled on SERVEUR.
If no remote command succeeds, that may be because SERVEUR does not accept rcmd
connections.
