I need to have Sun Rays access a Citrix back end. The requirement is for CAM-mode to start a browser, open to the Citrix web page from which the user can choose a Citrix session. When they click on one, a small .ica document is downloaded and, through a MIME mapping, the ICA client is passed the document and an ICA session starts.
I am looking for some help with: 1) Securing the browser session: I am using the mozilla that is included with Solaris 10 (SPARC to support the ICA client). There doesn't seem to be a "full-screen kiosk" switch to mozilla, but it seems much of this can be accomplished with preference settings. I am looking at a kiosk implementation by the Mozilla Development Group at https://mozdevgroup.com/clients/bm/. 2) ICA client features: I have no experience with the ICA client. My initial problem is that the sessions are opening in small windows--800x600, maybe smaller. The web page is currently accessed by users on Windows PCs and the same sessions open full screen for them. I'm guessing I need to set some system-wide preferences, e.g. open full screen by default, with a configuration file. Does anyone have advice on this? Thanks a lot. -Tom Stanley _______________________________________________ SunRay-Users mailing list [email protected] http://www.filibeto.org/mailman/listinfo/sunray-users
