I'm running SRSS 3.1.1 on Ubuntu Feisty (in a VMware container for now).
Keyboard work on GDM and Gnome on Server.
Keyboard works only on GDM through an Sunray client.

After logging in to a Sunray client, I can only type funky:

I type "F" and I get a "7".
I type "D" and I get a "5".

(the same with 2 different usb keyboards, everything US)

I've read about installing the legacy xkb package, but I fear thats not the way to go... as some say it's the wrong way to solve it and it breaks too much.

Ideas? config files? logs?
Sorry, I swear I searched the list quite hard.

FYI if there are others that need the answer. Rename xmodmap as Christian Rost said on 5/11/2007.

I hope to share a more up-to-date patch/script for Ubuntu Feisty and SRSS 3.1.1. Where should I put it? Create another wiki page? The last one I created seems to have been deleted. (SRSS on Edubuntu)

Thanks,
Scott
