What diagnostic code shows in the bottom right of the
DTUs' on-screen status icons while this is going on?

Are the DTUs and the servers all connected to the
same subnet?

What exactly do the out-of-addresss messages say?

Has anything else changed recently? (For instance,
have the IP addresses of the servers themselves
changed?)

Please show the results of running the following
command as root on each of the servers:

  sh -c 'getent hosts `hostname` ; ifconfig -a ; for N in `pntadm -L`
; do echo $N ; pntadm -P $N ; done'
