Certainly the standard connection encryption software was written to be
extensible to other algorithms in future. All we need is the business
case to make it a priority.
Of course, for Sun Ray 1, there's a reason we stuck to ArcFOUR - it's
about all that CPU can handle. But for the Sun Ray 2 there could be
more options available.
Not on any road map, so if you see a strong business need be sure to
bring it up.

What about running against the built in Solaris IPSEC support?
We don't anticipate a lot of customers creating VPN gateways
to their enterprise using Solaris boxes, unfortunately, so this
doesn't seem to be a high-priority investment. Plus, configuration
of Solaris IPsec is non-trivial, hence not particularly suitable for
Sun Ray, where it needs to be very simple indeed.
