I should have mentioned, but we aren't using multicast. Multicast enable and the multicast IP have neen commented out in the auth.prop file. Exact same settings as the other servers we have already set up and running...

You might try setting enableMulticast = false in /etc/opt/SUNWut/auth.props, on both servers, and restarting services.
