a simple question, which didn't find an answer in all the docs i've read till now: is it possible on sun ray server 3.1 or 4 to login (authenticate) from a thin client by using an x509 certificate stored on a smart card? Is it possible out-of-the-box or a middleware (eg. the one from ActiveIndentity, which works only with javacards) is always needed? If so, does anybody have experience with this issue and/or can list all the available solutions/middleware/technologies/vendors?
