Hi all,
we have setup a SRS 4.0. We use the CAM and the only application
allowed ist a mozilla browser. The start-URL ist our SSGD Server. With
the help of the SSGD we export Windows-Applications from a Win2003
Terminal server. We did anything (I read the manual) to keep client
drive mapping running.
First we tested it with a standard Sun-Ray configuration (kiosk mode
off) and everything worked fine. We put an USB-Stick into the Ray
(SR2) and it was mounted and mapped as Windows drive U - perfekt.
Than we switched kiosk mode on and the USB-sticks in the SR2 was
mounted again (utdiskadm shows the mount) but the stick was not mapped
by the win2003 server.
Have we something forgotten?
Thank you very much in advanced
Thomas
I've read of an issue with USB sticks where if they're not unmounted
correctly any further attempt to access them will fail.
Can you remove SGD/browser from the picture, just log into regular
Solaris desktop and access the thumb drive from there?
Also note, you posted this only to the Sun Ray group and not the SGD
(tarantella-tech) alias.
Curtis.
