Hi,
The past few days, users will experience session hang and the card is not
working any more. The screen displays a OSD and hourglass cursor. The user
will not be able to use the card at any terminal.
I had to delete the user via the web admin. Add the same user using the
same
info (Username, Token ID and Other Info) and the user will be able to work
again. This problem can occur to the same user a few more times.
This only happened recently. How can I repair & prevent this?
