For some reason pam_kiosk does not seem to pick up the configuration.
Try to turn on the pam_kiosk debug facility:
- Add a 'debug' argument to each pam.conf line that has pam_kiosk.so.
- If you haven't done so already: Update syslog configuration to capture
log output at user.debug level.
