Yes it is.  It requires you to use mutlicast routing.  Set your
multicast TTL to something high, like 20 when you first start on all
servers in the Failover group.
The routers/switches must be setup to support this.  On our end it
wasn't working until our network guys configured something called the
rendezvous port in the Switches.
 
No probs, works like a charm here...
