Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the system policy. SRSS 4.0.
I've set my system policy to Card Access - KIosk mode. and Non-Card Users - no access. For some reason, instead of getting the "Insert Card" icon on-screen, I'm getting the hourglass and error code 26d. When I put in a card, the system switches right to kiosk mode, so it's technically doing what it's supposed to, but I'd rather have the insert card icon on-screen if possible.
