I used extended ACL's to disable nautilus for users in the
group "utkiosk"
# setfacl -m group:utkiosk:--- /usr/bin/nautilus
This removes all access rights to the nautilus binary for the
utkiosk group.
I Also Put in a Bug report on this, 21 of October, in OSC-emea as
