Sorry, might not be 100% Sunray user specific, but I'd like to know if anyone has used this product in a Sunray setup or at all, even just a Solaris Workstation? I've got users of both setups to think of, but mostly Sunray users.

I just saw it on The Register. Company called Transitive and the product is called QuickTransit for Solaris/SPARC to Solaris/x86-64.

Anyone here try 'Adobe Reader 8 for Sparc' on a 'Sol 10 x86 Sunray server' using this product?

Seems like the most seamless way to present Adobe Reader 8 to a Sol 10 x86 user I've seen so far, but I've thought that before. I don't think Adobe will ever port it to x86 and I'm definitely tired of holding my breath for them to do so. I know I know, why would I want to run that on Solaris. Not really my choice. We usually use Evince, but that doesn't work for every PDF, neither do xpdf, gsview, gpdf, etc. An of course you have the one trouble user who never can get a pdf to open with Evince. So yeah, sometimes I have to literally point my users toward the Mac. :)

I've got two other apps this product would seem perfect for too, but I wouldn't mind hearing peoples experiences with it, if anyone even has any yet.
